All construction works in Cyprus need to be approved by the planning authorities prior to construction. The methodology to be used prior to the construction can be found on the approval for construction page.
Once the construction is complete and the building is ready to be used the architect will sign and approve that building execution was according to the plans and the process of granting the Title Deeds takes its' turn.
Usually the Title Deeds for a new project takes up to 3 years.
