On the coastal road are several hotels, mini-markets, several bars and taverns, as well as plenty of shops aimed at tourists. Off the coast road, and into Kissonerga village you will find the main street with a few restaurants, several mini-markets, a bank, two coffee shops (one of which also operates as a sub post office), a bookshop, florist, chemist, a couple of hairdressers, and more.
At the far end of the main street, across from the school, there is a community area which is mainly used as a playground. Opposite the playground is the Church of the Transfiguration and not far from this church are the ruins of a tiny chapel dedicated to Saints Zinovia and Filonilli. These two saints came to Paphos with St Paul to spread Christianity. They died and were buried here in Kissonerga.
