Lawyers fees are 0.75% of the purchase price, with a minimum cost of CY£800 and a maximum cost of CY£2000.

The fees include:

•  Power of Attorney

•  Contract of Sale

•  Application for launching contract

•  Application to the Council of Ministers

•  Bank Accounts

•  Representative at Revenue Office

•  Legal Advice

•  Transfer of Deeds

Fees do not include:
a) Stamp Duty

b) Transfer Fees and other such
real expenses which are payable
by the buyer.
